1m M24 threaded rod

Small rope for filling in thread gaps

Electrical tape

Some nuts

Nice, try dropping your hands lower when swinging behind your back. Hand should drop below your head at neck's position.

Thanks for the tip! Was literally my first swing so the technique is all off.

If this was your first swing ever than you are a talent. You did a very clean swing and not tried to power through it. Very nice. I made a couple of gada (bamboo stick with a concrete weight on the end. Love to train with them, they also demand grip strength and give the atlete major health benefits.
