I remeasured my hand today and it's 21.5 cm or about 8.5" instead of 22cm which is about 8.66".

I had measured from the second wrist crease instead of the first one that's why I measured 22 cm the first time.

I measured both hands this time rather than just my right hand and they are exactly the same length which is pretty odd because from what I have heard the non dominant hand is usually a bit longer.

Today's session: Grippers

Iron Woody's the Vice Gripper:

Warming up:

(1,3)-(1,5)-(1,7)-(1,8)-(1,9)-(1,10)

One rep max test:

(10,12):

180 LB RGC

I am going to chase full closes this time so I knew I was going to miss it but I wanted to see how far I was able to move it I almost "competition" closed it which means that I did lose some strength but not a lot which is a big relief.

(6,12):

138 LBS RGC

Missed it by a hair

3x3:

(3,11):

105 LBS RGC

Got all 3!

I absolutely love this new gripper the knurling feels great and the upper part of the handle touches before the bottom part does which means that I will never have to worry about "competition" closing something again.

On the Ivanko it was the exact opposite which at times made it very difficult to gauge my progress.

I am also working on placing the gripper closer to my fingers for better leverages.

Recovery:

100 LB gripper:

3x failure

Extensor "bucket":

3x failure

@DevilErik hope you’re doing ok. Haven’t posted here in a while.

Hey man thanks for checking up on me I really appreciate it.

I have never really been a forum type of person.

This whole "being social" on a forum is really not my thing and then there's the drama which I don't feel like wasting my energy on because I simply don't care about other people's opinions.

I honestly don't care about what 99% of the people are doing on this forum.

I am obviously not talking about you and/or the others that have been following my journey.

I have been wanting to leave for a while now I just wanted to know what it was like without this forum in my life and I honestly kind of liked it.

My training is going really well I am finally progressing again.

I have been experimenting with some different training methods and I found something that works really well for me.

Glad your trainings going well. Keep gripping and getting stronger every day. Try and never let other peoples actions bother you. It’s not worth it. I’ve wasted too much energy in my life getting worked up over stuff I can’t control.

Thanks man I appreciate it!

Other people's actions don't bother me I just hate drama.

Not caring enough about this forum is what's pushing me away.
