Thanks man!

Negatives have allowed me to progress at an insane rate.

It only took me two months to go from 104 RGC to 180 RGC and now I can do multiple singles with it. (After the 10% weight reset)

Negatives feel like a cheat code.

You're very welcome!  it sure does feel like one doesnt it?  :D i noticed that there seem to be slightly different styles of negatives based on the individuals i see on Youtube. is there a way you do yours in particular?

I do my negatives after my max work.

I cheat close the gripper and do a five second hold.

I also don't use a setting or a gripper that is super heavy, holding it closed should be challenging but the gripper should be very easy to control.

I could probably do 10 second holds with the grippers and settings I use but that would be very risky.

Thank you :D i should try adding this method with precision. 10 seconds does seem to have a whole other kind of potential outcome, be it beneficial or risky. its interesting how just that smidge more of time can make such a difference

Hahaha agreed man.... Erik always supports my stuff on youtube and I greatly appreciate that. 

I got Covid since the 26th, believe it or not since last week I managed to catch up with a lot of things that were left behind just sitting at home..

Get well soon, all kidding aside.  I had the china virus at the beginning of the year, and never was real sick but my fatigue lasted months.

THANKS man!! Yeah I've heard from others that strength went away for a while.. Which is a big issue for me man. I train and compete in powerlifting so I hope I can catch up on time for a couple of strongman meets this winter. 

Glad it didn't affect you any worse.

The good thing about being as strong as you, even if you lost 25% of your max for a while, you're still very strong.  Just don't push it, drink plenty of water and rest.

Appreciate the kind words man. I sure will! I'm on Vitamin C daily and eat a lot. Lost weight obviously, nearly 20lbs. I'm 287 now lol wtf happened.. 

Water as well. Nearly a gallon per day

300 lbs gripper:

3 no set attempts:

BOOOOOOOOOOOOM I GOT 2 CLOSES!!!!

ANOTHER GOAL SMASHEDDDDD YEAHHHHHHH BUDDDY

I got insanely close on the third attempt.

 

250 lbs gripper:

3 no set closes

 

Pony clamp keypinch:

3x5

Imtug 2 pinch:

3x5

Extensor bands:

3x 10

 

 

Recovery:

100 lbs gripper:

3x failure

Extensor "bucket":

3x failure
