Second close ever and an official one.. Cleaner, more controlled close. I'm very pleased. Right after that I closed the Powerball 300 gripper but only for a second, hand was exhausted. I'll try it again next week.

Happy!!!

Progress is progress brother it doesn't matter how long it takes.

In the end destroying your goals is all that matters!

Getting closer to the COC 3 cert! Nice work Terry 💪

Thank you! Yeah the #3 is definitely on my bucket list. Haven't tried it in many months, before last summer. I want realistic jumps, I see some weird stuff on YouTube with people posting "attempting the #3" and it's really far from closing. I'm very anal with my weight training and I'm the same with grippers. So, I'll work on closing the rest of my 300s this year.

And who knows, if it all goes well... End of this year? Next year? It'll happen

I do this as well I get a crazy hard gripper and just close it half way this makes your sweep mad strong.

When you certify that no.3, the 3.5 better watch out ;)

That'll be in a year or two haha... But I assure you the 3.5 is safe from my hands for many years to come haha

I can't do that.... It kills my forearms and brings back my tendonitis. Can't afford that. What I do though is setting block holds for time. These work really well for me

Tendonitis sucks so that's definitely not worth it I am glad the setting block holds work really well for you!

Yeah and I've spent years of my life with right bicep and forearm tendonitis. Many years of manual labor, plus training non stop. Meh.... I'm still at it so I win haha
