Strong lifting. I can't even do warm ups without a belt I feel it is so much harder to stay tight. You core must be really strong though. I like that row variation, they looked easy for you.

Thanks mate. I always bring a belt, but if im feeling good I won’t use it. Been training that way for a while now. I believe my best beltless pull is 240kg. Got s video of it on YouTube somewhere.

130kg bench presses, 70kg overhead presses, and some high rep weighted pull ups. Strength was on point today 💪
