It's very interesting cause I've seen Heavy Grips from the States before (I'm assuming you're from the U.S) and the handles look more "shiny" on our Heavy Grips here in Europe. I wasn’t very impressed when I receive them. As far is a beater hand gripper there are great. But compared to a GHP or a captains of crunch the quality is just not there. They sell them at a large chain of sports stores here (xtreme stores) and the guy that runs one of them is a buddy of mine. So I've got a customer's account where I send all my clients to buy stuff under my name and they get a discount. So I get them even cheaper lol. Like you said, they're great for wearing them out, definitely not in the same regard as my CoCs. GHPs are definitely on my bucket list and so are Barabans. Also Standard grippers from Cannon. But I'm in Greece and customs rates for a purchase from the States will have them charge me a lot of money. So I'll have to wait a little more on that.
