• O-1 drill rod N x 7

"For today's isometric session I used the N x 7 length of drill rod that I got some movement out of the last time and today I was able to move it from 25 to 30° during the session! It felt good to move it once again and though it didn't travel much, it moved! Bit by bit I'll finish that bar but for now I'll remain patient and put in the work!"

Nice, I know you'll get it... Like i said,  I've only really bent 60d's..  Not that many but they where all relatively easy. the last one I bent, just would't budge. But over the last couple weeks, I just picked away at it during my workouts and last week, I crushed it with ease.

Thanks buddy! Yeah the work hardening makes things tougher but adds strength and stamina over time so I thoroughly enjoy the extra effort required to get it to move. The tougher the steel the tougher the effort but it really is worth it.🤙
