This week in isos/ Day 3 / The crush down:
• Black Triangle Edgin
• Vice bent to crush down position

"I just wrapped up this week's iso sessions with the crush down. Like the previous two days, I completed three 10 second hits. Next week I'll go through a kink, sweep & crush phase on 155kg bars from Noble Force followed by another week of isos. For the next few months the plan is to alternate between isometric training and actual bending in one week intervals. The sessions will be intense but with plenty of time to do other types of training and recoup between weeks. As always I'm very grateful!"
