Chez
My training partner is 63 years old and weighs 164.5 lbs (he’s competed in powerlifting for 40 years) so this was just over 3x bodyweight. We just started yoke last couple months so we are new to it and getting better all time. This is a PR for my buddy. He’s curious how this compares to others at his age and weight. Does anyone have links to guys doing as much or more at a similar age and size cause he wants to see similar sized guys doing it
climber511
I've only done yoke once and don't remember what I did but 500# is a heck of a lot of weight to walk with at any age and 164#. Tell him I said Congratulations! "Geezers" rock!! Edited November 27, 2021 by climber511

Bill Piche
How he isn't in traction and constant pain after doing this is beyond me! Or loaded up on anti-inflammatories daily doing that? Impressive!
