Reverse grip bending/Assistance training:
• DHWOG WD2
• Orange training spring/ Notch #4
• No wraps
• 4 x 4 explosive hits

"Today's session was simple but very enjoyable. One of my favorite pieces of training equipment is the DHWOG WD2 .. I prefer to train with it without wraps because I feel there's a better transfer of power over to actual reverse bends with wraps. After a general warm up, I worked up to 4 sets of 4 explosive hits that felt great!"
