232lb Train Axle (1 Arm Deadlift)

Recommended Posts

A guy about 5mins up the road from me does some welding for Strongman and Grip Equipment and he has a Train Axle at the shop. I attempted this about a month ago and broke it off the ground multiple times with no lockout. This past week I came back more recovered to give it a try and pulled off a complete lift.
He had said it was about 230-240lbs but after lifting it I made sure to verify with my digital scale. Came in at 232lbs.
