Triple Threat Merry Gripmas Grip Contest

1. Arm Assassin 2"x5" Saxon DL
2. IronMind Double Overhand 2” Axle DL
3. Arm Assassin Double Shallow Inch Pinch- to 6"
4. FBBC 2” Vertical Bar to 2" 

 

Contest in attached TT Gym

20 athletes max.

Reverse Strongman scoring.  Ties broken using countback method then by bodyweight if still a tie

Rising Bar, Last Man Standing

Contest will NAGS be sanctioned. 

All athletes and spectators must have proof of vaccination. (as per Provincial regulation) 

All athletes will be required to sign a waiver for insurance reasons.

$20 Entry fee

 

Prizes will be handed out.
