This is the 2nd time touching this and finally lifted that Armliftimg Greece Loadable Inch Dumbbell Trainer!

I know it was 77,75kg not 78kg but i wouldn't even think to reload this big mofo so that 250gr plates would fit for the exact weight 😅 💯 💥

Let's see how much more i can lift.
