I haven't posted for a while. Am still a smidge from closing my Elite as has been the case for probably a couple of months. Working grip once a week, primarily using the Atlas because I want my open hand grip to be stronger. Can now do a full open single with 69lbs.  Surprised myself a few minutes ago and was able to do 23 reps ( I don't do these often) with the Master even after yesterday's Atlas workout.

Doing Gorilla's plate curling routine and am doing 3 sets of holds with the 35lb OLy with 10lb plate stacked on it.  Making good progress.  If I get either the Elite closed or the 45lb plate curl any time soon I'll be happy.  It looks like a lot of folks are making good progess with their routines, good to see.
