I usually do/can pull both styles for axle and Saxon .. but for Saxon the leg drive and tension I can create narrow..I think is superior to sumo. Still working on it and improving/evolving it.

1. Bench- 185,205x5, then 230 for 5x5

2. Single Arm DB Military- 3x10

3. Meadows Rows- 3x10

4. Single Arm Tricep Pushdowns- 3xMax

5. Ab Wheel- 3x10

1. Axle Deadlift- up to 348x1

2. SS YOKE box squat- 5x3

3. Lunges- 2x10 each leg

4. Pull ups- 5x5

5. Hanging Leg Raise- 3x10

6. Reverse Hyper- 3x20 @ 250lbs

1. Bench- 185(deload) 5x5

2. DB Bench- 3x15

3. Fatman Rows- 4x10 / Ab Wheel- 4x10

4. Banded Tricep Pushdowns- 4x20 / Curls- 4x10

5. Finished with some grip related stuff. Not too much grip today.

1. Reverse Hyper- 202x10, 202x10, 222x10, 242x10, 262x10, 282x10

2. Back Ext.- 3x10

3. Hanging Leg Raise- 3x10

4. Hamstring Curls- 3x10

5.Grip

2. DB Floor Press- 3x15

3. Weighted Pull-ups- 10x1
