Blacksmith513
@ZRMMA I know we talked about it a long time ago. But i'm finally going to start BJJ soon. I signed up for a 6 week trial. I figured no better time to give it a go while I have Jedd as a coach. I think i'll start with twice a week. I've got pretty good hand endurance from doing construction, but how do your hands hold up mixing MMA and grip? Thats all i'm concerned about. Impressive lifts as always. Give me a few years i'll be doing the same!

Best of luck in training.. have fun.

mikhael
Where can I find a Blob? Or is there any substitute for it?
ZRMMA
14 hours ago, mikhael said: Where can I find a Blob? Or is there any substitute for it? Any blockweight or wide pinch device to hit the thumb… dumbbell heads cut off etc or kinda creating your own blob. Anything that’s wide and can be pinched really. If you’re in the US marketplace and eBay typically has some listed or just keep your eye out on here(gripboard) and ask around to other grip guys.

I never used it but but David Horne makes a replica I plan on buying. You need the loading pin to go with it and add weight. I'm sure its high quality like everything he sells. There are also other alternatives.
