Depends on the day.. for the most part my lifting sessions take place MWF at Noon.. typically 12-1pm or 12-2pm so “lunch time”

When I actually get around to posting the videos sometimes it’s the same evening sometimes it’ll be a full day behind.

1. Grip Genie hilt- worked up to 220lbs both hands… drop set of 194x3 (both hands).

2. Did some smaller Inch lifts with my 143lb.

3. Cleaned and Pressed another 110 Legacy Blob.

4. Lifted my 120 Legacy 3x today.

5. LIFTED THE RED PILL- insane lift and I never saw it coming today. I first bought this in Nov 2020. It was one of the first blobs I owned because I found one on eBay after seeing Jedds video about it. Had no business buying one my first month or so into grip but it came up today. This is such a hard Blob/blockweight to lift. The dimensions and lack of texture/ all of the above make it insanely difficult. About a year and half of having it glued to the floor.

Are you satisfied with the quality of the Strength shop items?

I personally only have this one circus dumbbell from them. I wanted a smaller Weight Thick handle dumbbell to help me train for the Inch dumbbell. I traded some items for it because Inch Dumbbells of lighter weight seem to be hard to find in the US. I don’t think they ship these to US now either.
My right hand has been doing fine with the Inch Dumbbell now and my left is closing in on a full lift. The Strength Shop bell is a good working bell for me to get some extra volume in for my left hand and some extra reps for the right on days when the Inch isn’t cooperating. Overall it’s a good piece for training. I can’t speak on any of their other products or items.

Lifted in the Armlifting USA Super Series Stage 1 this past weekend. Not supposed to post any results or videos until all venues are finished. So it’ll probably be about July before everyone’s results are finalized.
I lifted about as well as I could have.. from last years performance to the current numbers I was landing in training. I executed pretty well on all 3 lifts. Essentially small prs across the board so I can’t ask for much more than that.

here’s some random videos since the competition.

Just confuse the people haha… and I think you’ll have no problem pulling that one off.

Uploaded some new videos to YouTube. I was afraid if I didn’t upload/save them somewhere that I may lose the videos. Plus there’s only about 5 people who will see this haha.

Bonus Inch + 50lb Blob video.

2022 US Grip Sport National Championship Recap

•93kg- 2nd Place

•Overall- 7th Place

1. 20mm Grippers • 135

2. 3” Saxon • 218lbs

3. 2” Napalm Nightmare • 412lbs

4. Little Bighorn • 199lbs

Pulled off some fun feats after the events. Best one being lifting Tim Butlers half 75 “Glob”. He said that up until that day only him and Nate Brous had lifted that one. Not sure if many others attempted it or possibly lifted it. I’m sure there were a few others there who could do it.

6-22-2022

with Super Series Stage 1 and US Grip Sport Nationals coming to an end I will be back to some regular programming next week.

1. Double Overhand Axle- 225,245,275, 305x1.. the 305 was a thumbless rep. I didn’t go heavier but pulled regular grip/thumbless and mixed stances at all these weights.

2. Single Arm Axle- 158,178, 183(right hand only)

3. Some reps and timed holds with the 50lb blob.

hands and body have been run down in general from competing and traveling etc. just using this week to reset and should have better programming and planning for next week.

Got some technique tips on a few things today and I think it’s going to be huge for future training/lifts.

I got this 100Hex from Luke Raymond. Usually I can lift/clean any 100hex with ease. The dimensions of this make this the hardest 100hex I’ve lifted.. I would rank this hex over a 50lb Next Gen blob… but easier than a Fatman.
