Just make sure you buy at least 10 bars. it might take you a few sessions before you get used to the motion, as with all exercises. I'd say with your levering and gripper strength all those nails will be easy for you, if not immediately, at least after a few days or a week. Just remember that when you first try it, don't be frustrated if you fail becuse that will most likely just be a neurological thing in that case.

I am not a quitter so I will be alright.

That anvil is massed produced and sold by many venders they probably do.  When/ if you ever have the money look into it. If you are in the Netherlands, maybe you can find an old farm or something with equipment. Blacksmithing is still relevant in some parts of Europe. My cousins husband says there are tons of old farms with old forging equipment just lying around. Just start talking to people, might be able to get some stuff for free or bartering.

Thanks for the tip man I don't really have time to get into blacksmithing at the moment but I definitely want to give it a try in the future.

Sadly I don’t really either but I do it when I can. Haven’t been in my forge since April.
