After dedicating the first portion of this year completely to weight loss. Ive decided to pick up were i left off. Im going to start a new log that details my entire routine. I had planned on making a youtube videos or ebook but decided against that. There is already plenty of info out there on how to close grippers. Honestly its not my passion to teach others how to do it. My passion lies in training myself to be better. This first 9 months of this year i have lost 85lbs and will continue that trend. Ive taken up crossfit training and it has served me well. I also plan to continue my standard grip training regimen. Look forward to interacting with yall more.

Much love,

Stephen Anderson
