Scott bench style curls for AW

Some of the best curls I’ve found. Scott bench style. Bench is totally vertical and upper arm rests over the pad.

2 3/8 inch handle and approximately 60 pounds for the demonstration 

Regular incline curls seem like a cheat Compared to these and absorb the forces  into the bone rather than the muscles and tendons where you want it and are WAY easier.

 Go no further than 100 degrees for maximum arm wrestling strength benefits.
