Benedikt Farsmann
My old log So here I am again, 12 years later. A lot happened since I stopped posting here a while ago. Let's just say I have just not been very lucky with my health unfortunately. Since my last visit I did powerlifting for some time (5/3/1) but have not been seriously lifting or training grip in the past 8 years really so I am basically starting all over again. As far as it comes to grip the best I closed was a #2 with my left hand and a #2.5 with my right. Most likely because of an injury in my right hand my left hand is way stronger ATM (see stats below). I am adapting a weight lifting program consisting of 6 phases to my grip routine that they used to teach in a German sports university. My main goal still is to close Ironmind's #3 Gripper with both my hands, preferably without setting it. TNS style. I am also doing a Push/Pull/Legs Powerlifting routine besides my grip routine but I will not be doing any other grip stuff besides grippers like bending and wrist/open hand/pinch. I lost focus on doing too much at the same time as some of us tend to do, which ultimately held me back. A lot has been going on and I will go through the forum and try to get up to date. Nice to meet you guys once again! Stats: Age: 37 Weight: 112kg / 246.91 lbs Left Arm: hand dynamometer: 52kg / 114.64 lbs (2021-07-12) Forearm: 32,3cm (12.71 in.) Hand size: 19,5cm (7.67 in.)
