Messing around with Rows. Holds for time.  2.5 inch handle and weighs in excess of 152

increase in time hold. Time starts when leaves the floor......
and row for a double .....

152 pound 2.5 inch handle row for time at the top increase to 6.04 seconds. Time starts when bell breaks air.

That's what makes your lifts even more impressive! I always found your 2 3/8 axle deadlift videos inspiring same with the double inch deadlifts you do with I believe the 125 sahlaneys?

Marathon 125 inch set for rows.... over 20 reps I think. 100 degrees in the garage

I have already done inch rows. I’ve done mine, Sahlaney and iron minds inch. Only one rep though each time I’ve done it. I like the 152 because I can get up to 6 reps on it. Tim Butler has my 172 now.
