Yeah man I'm terrible at it and it's a work in progress lol. Nice thing is because I find it so different from other grip implements I can milk the newb gains for the time being What are your thoughts on the Grab Ball? You put up some strong numbers on it I read somewhere on the board a guy mentioned it was like a tips tester+hub hybrid type of lift?

I like the Grab Ball, never used a tips tester. I see how it's like a hub with all the fingertip action. I definitely recommend getting one!

I'm using an Arm Assassin thumb blaster+hub to hopefully help with carryover to the Grab Ball. No clue if it's worth while though, guess I'll find out lol.

Bigfoot Grip
Aug 27 2022 training IM Stacker Curl-5x2(22lbs) FBBC Pro DB-7x1(119lbs) 13x1(111lbs) Bodies trashed from gym workouts & work. I've been doing the usual squats, dips, neutral grip pullups(usually with fat gripz), bench etc. Really pushed the intensity with this grip workout. Inch lifts were near max and plate curls weren't far off. Still using the big 25lb Cap plates on the 2.5" Pro DB for extra rotation. The only thick bar implement I use that's harder in difficulty is the wrist wrench.

Is the FBBC pro about the same as lifting the inch pound for pound or harder?

I used to use the 10lb plates to simulate the inch height better but I switched those out for a bunch of 25's for convenience sake. You would think less rom therefore easier but the extra height from the 25's makes it want to rip out of your hand even more. It's nice that its 2.5" instead of 60mm so you're closer to the tougher inch style bells size. I find I get great carryover from the Pro DB to rolling handle lifts. Sucks it's a pita to build though
