This gives me a great idea, thanks Joe! I always use my wrist reinforcer with back and forth flexion, never thought to just hold and maintain a tough position. Makes sense because you can move your sledge to the least favourable position further from your center of gravity then just hold it all day. You and Adam Glass have titanium in those wrists lol!

Yes!!! It’s awesome to do the isometrics in these positions.... it will stop someone dead in their tracks trying to pin you.
