Unfortunately couple weeks ago I had some bad food poisoning so the gripper progress was delayed a little. No worries however we bounce back stronger. Here is week 1 of my block:

thanks, no clue what its called or who makes it. Just a random machine in the gym I figured would serve as a nice pinching tool.

Week 3 of volume block going well, 1x8 with 174 3.5. Next week 2x8 then upping the rgc to 180 and repeating process to end the block.

the black genie grip extension is good intensity and good strength and it looks easy for you your extender is very strong. usually the flexeurs are really more powerful than these but congratulations for your programming
