Stephen Ruby
Wow I think that might be the highest rgc credit card set recorded. You could likely break the world record 20mm block set right now that Andrew Durniat has held for over a decade at 206. World class strength How often are you doing grippers a week? Any other insight on your current training? Keep it up you and David Shamey are the two who have a chance at the coc 4 cert.

Thanks, Carl Myerscough is the closest one to certing the 4 as he has done 210+ in his instagram. I do worse with block sets so I prefer wider sets. I do grippers once a week or once every two weeks. Usually just do reps with 3.5 credit card or regular wide sets.
Jared P
Incredible! 92kg / 202.8lb RGC? We've got an Ivan CoC 4 CCS and a Carl GHP 10 DS on the same day!

Ivan Cuk
Tried a kinney close for fun after my working sets. Think if I peak for it I could maybe do a 3.5 in similar fashion, hard part is to close it fast at the end after slowly going through the sweep.

Jared P
That close is just ridiculous. 203 rgc, credit card set, dogleg on opposite side, held closed for 10 seconds.

This was more of a training session I was curious if i needed to peak for it and also cuz its bodyweight rgc ccs , I'm aiming for 212 rgc ccs at <205 bw. Might be one of only times someone closes more than their bodyweight with credit card set so will def feel special. With the 7 reps i'm sitting around 216 rgc wide set, one more rep and i'll be around 222 rgc which should put me in position to ccs an average 4. Its getting closer

Stephen Ruby
That was your best close on that gripper so far. Your technique is so nice also very efficient set and no wasted movements and a dynamic close.
