7mm 210mm nail reverse snap 2min 20 seconds

7mm 210mm nail barehanded inspired by memeguy to 40 degrees couldn't sweep so quit

A2 5" preworked to 25 degrees, got it to just below 40 degrees.

Reverse snapping those with singles under 3 minutes is on par with reversing a red nail in singles IMO. Once you can reverse snap them cut to 6” you are a bad mutherfocker.

I hope to reverse a red nail soon!  The 6" snap would be sick, I mean even at 7" it would be very very hard.

Some easy snapping

Some easy bending

And alot of ISOS with rebar and horseshoe crush downs.

My right thigh feels soft and tender so I'm hoping thats a good thing 😁

Did a small mock comp today with only the bending events for King’s. Skipped the snapping events because my hands were already tore up from a few day’s prior.
12.9 183kg bolt DU Horne wraps touching 4 seconds
Grade 8 207kg reverse Horne wraps touching 6 seconds
242kg 25” midbar braced Horne wraps 3:30
243.5kg 13” spikebar braced Horne wraps 1:05

Picked up a few ideas that might reduce the time for the midbar brace bend.

Also attempted some 25” 14-15mm rebar from Bruce1337 that was damn ner impossible to move at all. Springy AF. Got maybe a 15 degree kink on it. It’ll be a good iso bar for the kink.

Seeing you fail that rebar is a testament to the strength of Swedish steel 💪

Reverse ISOS

Crush ISOS - moved 8mm hard stainless from 54.5mm to 53.5mm, so thats progress?

Experimented with wrapping techniques and figured some stuff out.

Need to get back to doing serious wrist training. Been slacking off recently.

Thanks! Yeah progress have been great, I think the 10.9 will stop my DO for a while though, Reverse and DU will also halt now when we get into so short lengths hope to bend a red nail reverse this year in singles this year :D

7mm x 7" nail DO 3/4 Cordura

7mm x 7" nail wraps touching reverse (20 deg) and finished DO (past 2")

8mm x 7" hard stainless ISO crush to 2". Been working on this bar for months so it feels good to finish it

Bunch of horseshoe ISO crush downs

207k Grade 8 wraps touching DO fail, might give up on this cause its just giving me a world of pain

8mm CRS from Finland, testing stock for a friend to rate higher or lower then red nail. Sent my last cert nail to him and hopefully he will bend it soon!

10.9 Horrido prekinked 5 degrees, managed another 5 degrees on 5min work or so.

8.8 6" no movement to tired from the 10.9 work

ISO party

DU work on 8.8 in doubles no movement, super inspired by delmar.

Reverse prekinked red nail moved from 10-30 degrees in 40x30 corduras. PR

The 8.8 is prekinked just so I cant start pushing with chest so it feels like an awesome spot to begin with. Really felt my wrists working so hard! The reverse was fun to get movement on a red nail in singles. Also felt like a great workout. Little movement overall but so much quality.

Snapped a bunch of 65mm oval nails tonight after armwrestling. Trying to figure out the most optimal technique and strategy for snapping them as fast as possible.

DO bending in doubles

8mm stainless from wiggy full bend

Horrido 8.8 bolt 6" prekinked 15 degrees to over 90 degrees.

Good fights! If I wouldn't have fought the SS perhaps I could have bent the 8.8 it got stuck in an annoying place right between sweep and crush so couldn't get it further. Never happened before. I usually manage to crush from there :)

Normal stainless is sub 1 min bend in imps, this was a +2 min bend in doubles. Normal stainless doesnt make me purple.. xD
