have you ever done over hand rack pulls for your grip? I just started doing them because I now have a power rack...my grip is fried more than any gripper workout has ever done.

btw, nice pronation strength!

Only one time at Jedd Johnson’s with an iron mind axle. I’m more of a full Range of motion kind of guy but I may try them if I reach a plateau on the 2 3/8 inch axle. They are very good to do, this I know.

I’m going to use the axel when I get it...but I was using a normal Olympic bar for some finger torture
