Wrist Curl today

***Wrist curls - 47# x 10 warmup - 125# x 3-145#X3-165#x3--185#x1 - 200# x 2 good ones*** (that's a double, not 2 singles)
Wrist curls reverse - 47# x 15
 
Good Day today - been chasing the wrist curl for a month or two - this is on my 1959 Billiard Barbell that I started lifting on - not an Olympic Bar - it has tape wrapped around the bar making it fatter - no idea if that helps or hurts - it's just the way it was way back in the day.  No interest in the Gripboard cert at this time - maybe later on.

I've done it off and on for decades - it came back fairly easily this time around.  It's hit or miss at the moment - when I start getting it consistently maybe I'll video it.
