Alex0204 Posted March 10, 2021 Share Posted March 10, 2021 Hello! What do you guys think about using 3" revolving handles? The most popular handle is 2-2.5" (like Rolling Thunder, FBBC 2.5" Crusher). Now i train with my 2.5" handle, but is it beneficial to use 3" handle at the same time or maybe it is better to train only with 2.5 (because my goal is good numbers on it)?
