Gripper routine

Warm up on Vulcan gripper 10 reps,followed by 4-6 attempts at goal #3 this is done on a Wednesday,4-6 closes on #2-5 followed by work on Vulcan gripper usually lighter to practice my setting on a Sunday.twice a week simple maybe an extra day if my hands feel okay,seems to work for me.

I’ve been doing some finger hangs off the doorframe for strengthening my fingers are these any good especially for closing bigger grippers,I know it will take time but just wandered if it makes a difference.

Yeah that training I think looks good man. Not sure about hanging from fingers tips I’m sure it would help to strengthen fingers and that’s always a good thing right.

Lol the finger hanging I thought with me being about 18 stone would strengthen my fingers even More or break them one of the two 😂😂
