Rep PR for me after terrible day keypinching:) This exercise I shared about 2 years ago and I have done it off and on since and it unique way to train wrist radial deviation, stabilizers and hand crush. Harder than it looks but once you get used to it very fun exercise.

Never tried these before... what do you recommend for execution? Are you pulling with your elbow and lat as well? What’s the best way to do them?

I just grab KB by the horn and squeeze the eff trying to pull KB onto handle without tipping over- which is pretty common starting out. I am sure lat activation is there but hand, wrist strength is determinant.  Couple years back got this exercise from a Russian monster(Russians are great with KB) and it has been fun trying these.

Looks good as carryover to arm wrestling. May have to try it

You would derive benefits - whether it would carryover to arm wrestling I don't know but as have mentioned to you before I have much respect for you armwrestler's wrist strength. I do take bits and pieces of arm wrestlers training and use them for myself.
