Roy Golden
Hello all, I've had a passion with levering sledges for about a decade now and I just wanted to learn of some other passionate leverers. I'm specifically interested in the "Miller Lever" or front lever movement. I know there are a lot of insanely strong people out there but what is considered a world record in levering? I personally hope to Miller Lever a 12lb sledge from the end of the handle by the conclusion of 2021. I posted a link to a recent training video below. I'm not sure if this is the place to post or reach out but here it is. My instagram is @Roygolden_ so feel free to check me out and message me. https://www.instagram.com/p/CKcLueuhpoE/?igshid=dmn4impr93qd
Kluv#0
You definitely have excellent strength. David Wigren, James Retarides and Robert Miller(Miller lever is named after him) are the best I have seen at front levers. You are right there IMO. steeve tremblay
I start doing it with a small weight to avoid injury and I put my hands on the weight to give more force to the movements
