Thank you very much! My left hand has got quite strong enough, this is a tough 250lbs gripper of my collection and i am very glad that these reps looked easy. Would you say that’s somewhere between a coc 2.5 and 3?

I could say it is between a light and heavy CoC 2,5. Unfortunately i don't have yet an rgc machine.
Fist of Fury
Not nearly as much as I should have done. There's definitely benefits of training both hands. Being good at grippers has a lot to do with the CNS. If you get better with your weaker hand you can make neurological gains on your stronger hand as well. It might not be much but even if it only gives you a single pound of extra strength it's worth it as far as I'm concerned. Also, contrary to common belief, grippers actually have carry-over to other grip stuff, like thick bar. Especially if you train with wide setting. I was always at my strongest with grippers when I trained both hands a lot. I was also at my strongest at thick bar right after I've made the most gains on grippers. Making gains on thick bar however made me weaker with grippers.
