Chris, you are correct as this is near max(even when Iam in KP shape, LOL) Certainly not something I want to roll out of bed and perform. History on these- I take KP breaks 4-6 months after my OSH contest. I resume KP by toughening up the index skin by doing these. BTW, you would be very good at these as you have strong radial deviation and super thumb strength. Earlier, I had probably the best gripper workout ever but I never learned how to film grippers on my own:( so no vids.
