Did another grip session because I felt strong

I Did 3 sets of 1 rep deepset with my unrated #3. First two where good reps, third was a miss.

 

With left I did did 20 ccs reps with my HG200

The Gripgenie 5 feels a lot heavier then the coc #3. Did anyone of you guys noticed this to?

It depends on the individual rating of the grippers, But my GG5 is slightly easier than my hard 3, Part of it is the rating itself, The other half is the fact that its alot narrower than a CoC

Does anyone of you guys have any experience in training grip and working night shifts or having less speel due to kids and stuff?

No, but working construction which sometimes messes with my training if I go to long without rest. But nothing like having kids... I've taken care of my nephews enough to just have just a TINY bit of knowing what goes into kids.  It's a lot.

The only thing I can add is, just be consistent much as possible with your routine. Are your hours the same every night?  Try to exercise around the same time every day..
