Im back at it. Had some tough and busy times lately so griptraining was on a lower level. Ilness, finish my study etc. Now its no more excuses and keep on training!!

Bench press 5x5 100 kg

Seated row various weight/ pullups 8 reps

Shoulderpress 4 sets various weight

Cable curls superset with triceps extensions 4 sets

How do you like training with pony pinch, and has it helped with gripper strength? I feel like my thumb pad muscles could use some work.

I really feel that it helps my grip strenght, it gives a real good pump in the thumb pad muscles haha
