 Old school hands touching Close grip. This is very dangerous and silly but wanted to try it. Tremendous force is applied to ulnar deviation of wrists and you have to have the goods in terms of tricep power. Would I try this again? with much lighter weight and after a wrist workout. BWT 215. Be careful brother.  You wont k ow you're about to have a problem until boom, you have a real problem on your hands (no pun intended lol)

Thank You KC, I will certainly take it easy going forward. You are really doing great on your bench and shoulder presses - keep crushing it.
