isometric training (holds) for supporting and pinch grip

Hello!

What do you think about isometric training (holds) for supporting and pinch grip? If you do this, How long should I hold reviolving handle and block weights? And what the percentage of 1PM should I use for the holds?

You might read up on the "Hangboard" training climbers do.  Its timed holds done in different manners.  Might be a resource ???
