Yesterday's workout: Warmup with push ups Grippers Coc 3 (149)*5 mini reps, PR Ghp7 (142) Mash monster set attempt, missed by a hair Rolling Handle Max single right hand, 73,05kg Dinnie lift Thumbless best triple, 163kg both hands I finished this workout with many sets of Chin ups. 6 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ill only be going to gripclub when i can make it as im often busy on sundays.
