Grippers

Coc 3 (145)*5 PR right

Coc 3 (139) *0 left

Ghp7 (142)* 4 PR right 

Coc 2,5 (126)* 11 PR left

Dinnie lift one hand

125kg 3*5 each hand

Rolling handle row & wristcurl w/band

Forgot to log a couple of workouts. Grippers have been great lately.

Yesterday's workout:

Warmup with push ups

Grippers

Coc 3 (149)*5 mini reps, PR

Ghp7 (142) Mash monster set attempt, missed by a hair

Rolling Handle

Max single right hand, 73,05kg

Dinnie lift

Thumbless best triple, 163kg both hands

I finished this workout with many sets of Chin ups.

Cool 👍 ill be training grippers in the next 2 days buf im still so sore on my right from gripclub. Sam really put us through our paces but i made awesome rep P.Rs and got below parallel with his coc 3 what i was over the moon with.

Great one!!!! With Sam's help you will close that #3 in a matter of weeks

Thanks but itll still be a while yet but hopefully not too long. Ill only be going to gripclub when i can make it as im often busy on sundays. 

Doing more regular training will help my grip though.

Haven't posted in a while but I made a couple of PRs lately:

Little big horn: 76,64kg

Rolling Handle: 76kg

Dinnie lift side to side: 280kg

 

I am training grippers on a daily basis and it's feeling great. Today's workout was:

 Left hand coc #3 139*12

Left ghp6*9
Right coc #3 149*6
Left Ghp5 mms*6
Right Ghp6*23 
Right Ghp5 mms*6
