I rarely train them. With no training i can close my GOG 250 RGC 116lbs what is ok i think. My goals is the coc 2.5 RGC 126lbs i have, im not far off but id rather do other lifts tham grippers. And then it will be my Ghp 7 rated 142, and my light coc 3 rated 145. Between the ghp 7 and coc 3, I am closer to crush my coc 3.
