Guest Claemore70
Closed the #2 right out of the package. But am a long ways from the 3 of course. My brother on the other hand was about an inch from closing the #3. I kind of always suspected him as being a little stronger in that area, even though I specifically train my grip whereas he doesn't. Oh well. I'll have that #3 before too long, I hope. Tou
On the run for the #3 ! I crushed it to 1/8 this morning. I accentuate the negatives with the #3 and the strap holds with the #2 and the results are good. Maybe I'll close the #3 before 2002. Good luck with the #3 ! Tou
Steve Weiner (3crusher) wrote an excellent article in which he explains how to do strap holds. You can read it in the Grip FAQ's on this board. Strap holds are tough and demanding but they give some tremendous results. Try this exercise and you'll be amazed at your progress.
Guest AghastGrip
I really outta start giving those strapholds a try, as much as I've been hearing about them, lol. Just out of curiosity Tou, what kind of weight do you use when you do strapholds on your #2? Thanks, Zack
Tou
I use a 5 pounds weight with the #2. I barely hold it 10 seconds.
