 Great finisher to a grip workout and will help quickness/explosiveness in hands. I shared barbell spider vid 3 years ago 135 x 20 but much stronger grip now.

Interesting. Never thought of doing that with weights but I often do this on a bar switching from pull up to chin up as a warm up.

I used to do those in 2018 at the park- very difficult, too! I tried on a suspended bar in my garage with FG and I had a crash landing and have not done since, LOL

Thanks Adam, with your hand talent you would be a destroyer on these. You would be exceptional using the IM Axle, too!

Thank You Bader, I started doing these as a youngster with just the bar for massive amount of reps.

You will like them. Trust your hands and try to get in a rhythm early on in set- it will make it much easier. I always think of "quick hands" but easier said than done:)

Man you have a wealth of little to unknown lifts to try that look cool. Never seen this before.  I'll try it......when I get a bar lol
