Fist of Fury Posted September 23, 2020 Share Posted September 23, 2020 Wasn't able to quit grip training this time either. However this time it was actually really close. I basically haven't trained anything serious since march. I've tried some gripper closes a few times but I don't think I've closed my 156 rated #3 more than twice in total since febuary. Done some pinching and actually managed to set a new PR on my wide pinch block but that's about the only grip training I've done. Unfortunately I injured my wrist on reverse bending a few weeks back and it's still healing. So I was pretty happy with todays result when I was able to close a 158# rated gripper which I bought from @Jörg Keilbach (thanks for that ). Now I will train for the #3.5 again. It might be too late for me, my body doesn't age well, but I will give it a few years and see how it goes. Thanks, yes I thought it would be a nice addition to my collection of #3 grippers and I wasn't wrong. This one has a nice wide sweep, exactly like a gripper should be.
