pancho_grip_lift
This is my first week doing fingerwalks with a pillory. I started doing it "the hard way" and then I did it "the easy way". I wonder if the technique is ok, or if it would be better to have a static arm. This is a really fun exercise, and I am doing it after my grip workouts. pancho_grip_lift
Almost a month and a half doing fingerwalks every Monday and Friday. I feel the work at forearms and fingers. Currently moving 16lbs, for sets, and enjoying the process
pancho_grip_lift
Just purchased a 10lb Sledgehammer, with a thinner handle than the pillory, so it gets a little harder to move. My hands are really feeling this movement!
pancho_grip_lift
Today I attempted a fingerwalk with the pillory + 1,25kg: Then, I did the other version of fingerwalk , pillory + 3,5kg. This one felt really hard on my right hand. I haven't felt like that in a while, so maybe I'll overload just by 300grams on my next session: Finally, I did another fingerwalk (both ways) with my 10lb Sledgehammer. It has a thinner handle so I'm not adapted yet. I feel it a little harder. Maybe it is due to the weight distribution: I still don't know if there's a differece between the names of those two ways of doing fingerwalks. If there is I'd love to know

pancho_grip_lift
Today I did 2 fingerwalks (easy version) per hand with a 10lb sledgehammer. Best sensations ever, considering the hammer has a slick handle. Soon I'll be ready to add more weight on it, after doing 4 sets per hand each session. https://www.instagram.com/p/CHooaTFAloh/
