coffeegrip
If you were to train primarily two of the big 3, which complement each other the best? Or how would you rank these from best pairing to worst pairing? 1. Thick bar and Pinch 2. Crush and Thick bar 3. Pinch and Crush Thanks

gripmaniac
If you HAD to train two aspects at once with a view to making solid gains I'd be inclined to go with Adam's suggestion. Make sure you allow yourself enough time recover between workouts - otherwise you'll have very little to show for it. . . . other than your pinch numbers going backwards. I have had results with parallel handles like a grip machine or an ISG but the "nutcracker" shape didn't do anything for me.
