Yeah a little bit I maxed out like a week ago for fun and hit a 4 pound PR hoping to hit 180 at the end.

Nice. have you ever used the Rolling Grip Thing? I'm starting to get real curious what peoples numbers are on RT Vs RGT, I hear it can vary from 20lbs to as much as 65lbs.

I dont have the desire to train on the RT but I still consider it the standard.

Yeah my RGT is about 65 lbs less than the RT. I occasionally use both, depending how heavy I want the upper body work to be, vs how hard I want the grip work to be. They're both useful.

You should keep an eye out on Grip Genie for a b stock model.

I dont think you can get them in Canada and buying out of the states costs a fortune once you get hit with the exchange shipping and duty. I don’t think you really need both anyways I’m sure getting stronger on one will get you stronger on the other just sometimes nice to know exactly what you can lift on a specific handle though
