Todays training 

deadlift 4 sets 6 reps 405lbs 

SSB squat 2 sets 10 reps 275lbs

cable crunches 3 sets 25 reps 160lbs 

leg extensions 3 sets 12 reps 165lbs 

did grippers today too nothing very good though probably 6 sets of 2 or 3 reps with the ghp7

lat pulldown 3 sets 15 reps 110lbs 

DB shoulder press 3 sets 12 reps 55lbs

ez bar curls 3 sets 10 reps 97.5lbs

tricep pushdowns 3 sets 15 reps 140lbs

was really hoping to get back on track last week but work got crazy and I ended up working a pile of 15 and 16 hour days. That job is shipped now though and work should be a little more normal for the next while.

 That sucks, hope you don't have to work those hours too often.. And if you do i hope you get paid well for it.

Not all that often more than I would like though most weeks are 50-60 hours.
