I am not quite closed there hard to see, lighting sucks in my camp room.

Yeah I’m still after a CCS probably work on wider sets once I get that thing closed.

If you ever get the chance, try going for some #3 attempts between sets of pushing exercises. For me it helps a bit with the CNS, or it feels like that anyway. I know, I can't believe that it felt like a brick only 2 months ago or so and now we're almost there 💪

I think you’d have it today with a deeper set. Very close!

box step ups 3 sets 8 reps 40lb dumbbells 

ab wheel 4 sets 20 reps

 

October 16

bench press  4 sets 5 reps 205lbs

db rows 4 sets 12 reps 80lbs 

overhead press 3 sets 8 reps 100lbs

pull ups 3 sets 8 reps 25lbs

Ab wheel 3 sets 20 reps
Db hammer curls 3 sets 12 reps 35lbs

Absolute beast bro, amazing long holds closed too.. Now you need to change your grip log to 'Gripper training answers'. Congrats 💪

You did it after the #2.5 and GHP 7 sets too?.. damn. You could have probably did the #3 for mini reps with that MMS style lol.

Haha thanks man. Yeah felt pretty good to finally get those handles to touch. I am gonna get a better video though can barely see what I’m doing on both those videos. Now I think I’m gonna work on Getting my 3 with a CCS. Good luck to you on your 3 your super close gonna happen really soon.

Nice, go for it. I'm taking a deload and a week off from grippers this week but I might give it another go on Fri/Sat if I feel good.

Yeah I had to pretty well take Wednesday off. Felt weak, easy grippers felt hard. Then after basically taking a week off and hitting them again today everything felt way easier.

GHR 3 sets 4 reps

DB split squat 3 sets 12 reps 45lbs 

ab wheel 4 sets 20 reps

Worked up to a max fat grips deadlift hit 265lbs failed 275lbs

front squat 3 sets 8 reps 185lbs

Machine leg press thing 3 sets 12 reps 210lbs

Hamstring curls 3 sets 12 reps 130lbs

Solid weighted chins man. My main goal is getting them up right now. My best was 20kg for a set of 8 but I was way lighter, couldnt do it now. Its a long grind getting them up.

video is ghp 7 close. Super disappointed I failed my coc 3 after getting it last week haha oh well hopefully soon I can close it consistently.

Today’s gripper training 
felt really weak today, probably because I was screwing around with plate pinches a  bunch yesterday also i always seem to do worse on my Wednesday workout and better on my Sunday workout because of the extra rest day. Plus I have a cut on the inside of my pinky joint right hand didn’t feel great doing grippers. Lots of excuses today haha.
