OHP 3 sets 8 reps 110lbs

incline bench 4 sets 8 reps 175lbs

thumbless reverse grip curls 3 sets 10 reps 85lbs

the flask 3 sets 8,8,6 reps 137.5lbs

skull crushers 3 sets 10 reps 87.5lbs

cable flies 3 sets 12 reps 80lbs 

DB curls 3 sets 10 reps 37.5lbs

DB split squats 3 sets 15 reps 45lbs

ab wheel against band 4 sets 15 reps

ghp8 mms failed right probably best attempt yet coc 3 mms failed left about 1mm

Ghp7 mms 3 reps right hg300 3 reps left 

hg300 6 reps right 3 reps left

So close one the coc 3 ccs attempt. Almost looks like you're spending too much time opening up the gripper to fit in the credit card and wasting energy? I have this problem myself lol. Looks like this year you could cert on the #3 and you must be about ready for the GHP 7 cert? I think the GHP cert is a close from the set block which is narrower than the ironmind credit card. It would be nice to see more Canadians on those lists haha.

Yeah that #3 attempt was bad if I did it earlier in the workout and didn’t mess around so much  by getting the card in I think I would of done it for sure. Hopefully next time. Really hoping to go for the #3 cert some time soon.

I haven’t looked into the ghp very but I am sure I could get it I have closed my ghp7 from a ccs before it feels a bit easier than my coc 3.

Thank man. I’m not sure when I think I’ll be ready. Maybe when I can get my #3 for a couple reps or maybe I’ll buy a hard rated #3 and see if I can close that.

I'm good thanks. Not doing anything grip related at the moment but considering getting back into it, focusing more on thick bar this time probably. Gripper stuff just doesn't get me excited right now. Arm wrestling was kinda short lived man. Covid stopped the weekly gym meets/trainings. Even then, I probably would have stopped anyway, I like training too much and I was constantly sore from AW. I'm still doing calisthenics the whole time, down from 205 to 190lbs. Going for 180lbs still. Looks like you put on some size/strength. You still working 1 week on/1 off or something?

Yeah covid has been a pain man. 190lbs is good man. I am up to 185 now so I put on a bit of weight not much though and I’m working in town now so home every night after work it’s nice has made training go way better.

Impressive closes and Crazy volume overall. Do you get sore from workouts like this?

Thanks man. I don’t really get any soreness but if I were to try to do grippers for a few days after I am a whole lot weaker.
